We've partnered with a digital and business transformation consultancy who are seeking an independent consultant to lead a CX-focused workstream on a major Adobe transformation programme for a large supermarket to helping deliver customer personalisation at scale.

Tasks

Lead a CX workstream, likely focused on audience strategy
Facilitate workshops and shape solutions across complex business challenges
Build and drive programme plans supporting Adobe implementation and personalisation

Requirements

An independent consultant
Strong CX strategy experience; Total experience (TX) experience also relevant
Confident facilitator with strong stakeholder management skills
Proven experience leading consulting workstreams and programme planning
