Founding Engineer
Remote (France / EU timezones) · Full-time · €55-85k + equity
We're hiring a Founding Engineer to help build Instant Indexing, a multi-engine SEO indexing SaaS used by founders, agencies and e-commerce teams to push URL changes to Google, Bing, Yandex and Naver in one shot.
What you'll do
- Own the worker pipeline - Google Indexing API + IndexNow waterfall + silent retry queue
- Ship product UX in Next.js 16 + Tailwind + Supabase
- Iterate on Stripe billing (top-ups + subscriptions, EU tax compliance)
- Improve the per-URL pre-flight + schema detection (we just shipped Google policy compliance)
- Talk to customers directly - SaaS founders, agencies, WordPress shops, marketers
What we're looking for
- 3+ years shipping production TypeScript / Next.js
- Comfortable with Supabase / Postgres / RLS
- Bias for fewer abstractions and shorter feedback loops
- SEO product knowledge a bonus (Indexing API / IndexNow / GSC), not required

First revenue is in, hundreds of users incoming. You'll have real impact on product direction - we're still small enough that one engineer changes the trajectory.

- 4-day workweek (Mon-Thu)
- Fully remote across France + neighboring EU countries
- €55-85k salary + equity package (open to discussion based on experience)
