Terms of Service

A web app that submits URLs to search engines (Google, Bing, Yandex, Naver) on your behalf and tracks indexation status. Features available depend on your plan (Free, Starter, Pro, Agency, Enterprise) - see the pricing page for the current grid.

Each URL submitted or checked costs 1 credit. Plans include a monthly credit quota that resets every 30 days (no rollover). You can also buy one-shot top-up credits that never expire. The exact debit rules are documented on the credits page inside the app.

You may not use Instant Indexing to:

• Submit URLs you do not own or operate.
• Submit content that violates search engine guidelines (cloaking, spam, deceptive redirects, malware, illegal content).
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service.
• Resell our API access without an Agency or Enterprise plan.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules, with a refund for unused subscription time.

Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel any time from your account settings - access continues until the end of the paid period and is not pro-rated. One-shot top-up credits are non-refundable once consumed but never expire.

Invoices are issued under French tax law. The footer of each invoice mentions "TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI" - no VAT is charged.

Instant Indexing relies on Google Search Console, the Google Indexing API, IndexNow (Bing / Yandex / Naver) and Stripe. We are not responsible for outages or behavior changes on those upstream services. Your credit is refunded for any submission that fails on our side; submissions accepted by the upstream API but later rejected by the search engine are not refunded.

We do our best to keep the service up but offer no formal SLA on Free / Starter / Pro plans. Agency and Enterprise plans get priority support response within 1 business day.

The service is provided "as is". We make no guarantee that submitting a URL will result in indexation - that decision is entirely up to the search engine. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email. Continued use after notification means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute we can't settle amicably falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
